Another find in one of the Korean digital archives, in this case the Law Archive: a series of revenue stamps issued by the Provincial Office of Education in Gyeongsangbuk-do.
Although the file doesn’t mention it, these stamps were very probably produced by KOMSCO, the Korean government printer which also produced stamps for other provincial offices of education. The file (“[별표 1] 수입증지의 규격 및 모양”) is the first attachment to the revenue stamp ordinance issued by Gyeongsangbuk-do and shows a series of stamps with the following values: 50 won, 100 won, 200 won, 500 won, 1000 won, 5000 won and 10000 won. Stamps with these values were listed in ordinances originally published in 2002 and 2009, but were probably in use from 1991 until 2013.
Besides the values the file also mentions the size of the stamps and for every individual stamp the colour. These are:

Also notice something else: the building in the stamps is called “화랑교육원”. This institute still exists, their website is up and running.

① (시행일) 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.
② (각급학교 수입증지판매인에 대한 경과조치) 이 규칙 시행당시 각급 학교의 수입증지 판매인은 수입증지의 환매를 30일 이내에 교육감에게 청구하여야 한다. 이 경우 환매비율은 판매수입증지 금액의 105분의 100으로 한다. 다만, 10원 미만은 절사한다.
③ (다른 규칙의 폐지) 경상북도교육감소관수입증지발행 및취급에관한규칙 (규칙 제46호)은 이를 폐지한다.
